As far as male/female ratios it seems to depend on who you listen too. Females will spawn in more than one nest so there can be more females than males. Also since the males are territorial during nesting you want at least 10 feet of seperation between nests so they don't fight. Too many males and not enough pond could spell trouble! \:\( However a good plankton bloom should help there.

I already sold their football!

Meadowlark there is a fish hatchery in tishomingo Oklahoma that sells feed trained bass.

It's funny to sometimes catch a lmb on a very small hook when you are fishing with corn for panfish. I think that they remember even after a couple of years that thats food. I don't think that would happen otherwise if they hadn't been trained to look at something as food. Do any of you catch bass on corn?
