catmandoo had this one: We didn't get Bubba, but I got Junior -- pictures tomorrow. Thirty-four inches, 15-1/2 pounds. 7-1/2 pounds of completely cleaned/skinned filets.

That looks like real fun (catching it). Do they taste as good when they get that big as when they are smaller?
2/3 acre pond 12 miles from that big pond we call Lake Erie.

The catfish out of my pond seem to taste the best when they are about one to two pounds. I just throw the bigger ones back hoping to someday have one as big as pondsforfun.

That CC belonged to catmandoo. I remembered it was the largest I had seen on Pond Boss and retrieved the information for masterbasser. Wonder what happened to catmandoo?
