I don’t see any red ears 😉 LOL
Only other option would be a CNBG or a northern BG but they all have bright yellow bellies
This thing is just over a year old and already over 1#

How clear is your pond? Murky ponds the fish color washes out

Here are photos of other BG I have caught in the last 10 days. Mind you this pond was first stocked 9/15/23
The water clarity has been as low as 22” , 2 weeks ago to 28” today.
We fish every day and have never caught a fish that looked like this. They are all round and have color.
Never anything close to this long and lean.

That's a Redear Jason, just somewhat colorless. spots on cheeks are pretty tell tail.

Looks like I can confirm after this evening.
Never caught one of these before, now 3 in 24 hours.
Male and female this evening
Never mind the blood, that stupid thing finned me pretty good
