Scott & Bill, thanks for the kind words. Yes, it has been awhile! I finally located my long-lost login info - LOL! - so I decided to venture back to my roots and take a break from the craziness on the other social media platform where I'm reminded of a Will Rogers quote on a daily basis. "It's not what you don't know that gets you in trouble; it's what you know that just ain't so".

Kelly, with all the silly info given there and lack of moderation setting the idiots straight I don't venture there very much.

I got distracted and did not treat for clpw in the fall with Sonar A.S. as recommended. Is it possible to treat in the spring or early summer or is that a waste of time and money?
thanks.

Yes. Heck, you could cut a hole in the ice and put it in now! I'd just keep a watch on the water level. If your pond gets snowmelt, and it discharges from the pond, then dilution will be a problem. It has to stay in contact with the plant for 30-45 days @ the correct concentration levels.

It depends on how much snow you have. If it's enough to block the sunlight then I'd wait until ice off.

Fair amount of snow. I will attack at ice off.
Thanks.
