Hi all, I’m fixing the dam in the attached photo. It used to have wooden planks that slid into the metal slots. They were removable to prevent flooding our road during a flood warning. The planks were removed some years ago and lost. The metal slots have since broke and the pond drained. For those that have worked on something similar, let me know how you would go about fixing this. I’m thinking to redesign it with some type of pulley system to adjust flow. Let me know what you recommend. Thanks
