I bought a set of stainless steel subsurface injection nozzles over 15 years ago from an individual in Florida. They work incredibly well but I lost one and can't find the contact info to call and order another one. Photograph attached. Any insight as to where to find one or something similar would be greatly appreciated!
If you want to match I would find a machine shop and take them one of the nozzles. Should be able to drill and tap something very similar to what you have. Schools are getting ready to start up as well. Might have a student in need of a small project at a low low cost as well.
