I think you just need to click the little flag icon next to Thread Options.

It reports posts to moderators.
Do you get email notifications of replies to your posts? I never have.

You've checked everything that you can in your preferences, so lets see if quoting you dings your email box. I don't know if it's an option.

No, the report to admin flag is at the right side of each post next to the share post button.
The follow thread flag is at the top next to the thread options drop-down.

Email notifications are now operating!
I changed some stuff in my profile to get notifications about two weeks ago when this thread was active.
My email account is now showing a bunch of Pond Boss threads.
[I can't remember my exact changes, and I am currently on a work deadline. Hopefully, one of the computer savvy members can type up an easy set of instructions. If not, then I may come back tomorrow and try to re-create my steps.]

Click on your profile name in the upper right hand corner -> Click preferences (gear icon next to it) -> Scroll to Email and Private Message Preferences and set these as desired.
