How do you stock grass carp and keep them alive in a pond with an established predator (LMB, Big CC, Walleye) population. When I've tried in the past they have all been eaten and not survived. DO any hatcheries carry larger (15+ inch) fish?

We only stock Triploid Grass Carp that are 12+" due to predator issues. We've stocked them in a pond with crystal clear water and where 5#-6# LMB were present. We watched those LMB grab a few, think about it for a minute and spit them back out.

What size TGC have you stocked before?

Yes there are customer friendly fish farms that will sell you larger grass carp in sizes of 14"-18". These GC were used in hatchery ponds during the summer to manage weeds during the summer and then in Fall most of the Farms sell these larger GC. You should call around to your fish farm suppliers and preorder some of these larger GC and then restock smaller ones in spring. If they do not offer help for you, that tells you some very valuable information about this Fish Farm. They do not care about you and your business. You should be using a better and more user, customer friendly Fish Farm.
