Hello all, looking for some help identifying weeds in my pond and what steps or solution to get rid of it. Thanks in advance!

Hard to tell without a good closeup picture of a single piece in a glass baking dish with a white background to get a good look at the plant.

It doesn't look like any type of grass that I know of.

maybe Southern Naiad?

It helps quite a bit if you put enough water in the dish to submerge the plant. This allow it to "fluff" up and show its natural state. Taking photos of aquatic plants is pretty tricky...try some water in the dish and watch for glares that obscure the photo.
