That would make an awesome little second home for when I retire, of course when my ship comes in. If its still available at that point in time I would definitely be interested. I wish,,, now I gotta go see what the wife thinks about this.

They didn't show the price. Is it one of those deals where If you have to ask...you can't afford it?? The "buy it now" price is $110,550,000. I bet you could get them below $100,000,000 if you offered all cash to close on Friday!
