Previous PB Magazine had an interesting article by Dr Wes Neal about potential impact of climate change on our fisheries. Thus, I thought pond meisters might be interested in recent findings about past impact. Contrary to expectations, research at three sites showed that ocean fish thrived during abrupt warming period 55 million years ago. When temps cooled, fish populations waned. Of course, this is the ocean, not fresh water ponds. But it does speak to the adaptability of fish & should help allay some fears. https://wattsupwiththat.com/2021/12...ived-during-petm-extreme-global-warming/
