I have finally figured out what I’m dealing with, thanks to a lot of help here. I treated a portion of the pond witha diquat product and cutrine plus. Within a week, it appears to have killed my EWM and what little water buttercup that was left. It turned very brown and rakes much easier.
It will be later in August before I get the chance to do any more spraying. My question, am I doing any good spraying this late in the year? I know from years past, if I rake it now, it won’t grow back this year. I’m set up to start my control efforts earlier next year. Will I get a leg up spraying it now? Thanks.
Brad 1.5 acre pond with LMB, BG, BCP, CC, FHM and lots of crayfish, unknown type. .5 acre pond with FHM and GSF. 12 acre irrigation reservoir that I don't know what to do with. New pond, roughly 1.5 acres. Pond Boss Subscriber.

Any control you do now will help the pond.
