What is your opinion of eating CNBG.
My friends say they prefer the native BG species as they have a whiter, finer meat.
What are your thoughts?

Given that I can't tell the difference in taste, texture, or consistency between BG, RES, and BGxRES raised in the same water, I doubt there is any discernible difference between BG and Coppernoses raised under the same conditions.
