Hey guys I got about 3 triangle pallets made for structure. What do they really do to benefit the fish? I build them about 6 months ago and have not had time to put them into the water. Ik it will make a hiding place for the fish, but I also read will that help with minnow reproduction?

Triangles not so much with reproduction, if you are talking of them looking like an "A" frame house. Fatheads spawn on the bottom sides of things, so they'd lay their eggs on the bottom of the top layer of wood on pallets, but typically they are in 24-36" of water, so that would have the top of the triangle sticking out of the water..... I've seen them spawning on the bottom of lily pad leaves, in crevices of a rip rap shoreline, etc.

For fathead spawning I like to take a couple of wooden pallets and nail them together with about an inch between them. The minnows can get in and out but predators cant

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
