Question-> Is this too many fish types for a small pond:
FHM, RES, GSH, SMB?
Has anyone added BG later so the other fish have time to establish and prevent the BG from going bananas?
Im going to ask a lot of questions, but only because I'm clueless

I've added bluegills the last 2 years due to cormorant predation. How did they do? Hard to tell.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
