We had Joe Snow and his team at the lake today to plant 50 pots of eelgrass, 20 pots of American pond weed, 24 water lilies, and 5 gallons of chara.

I had him come to my place about 5 yrs ago. We did all that and the crawfish denuded every plant. That was a learning experience! And one of my first experiences with throwing money into a pond. I hope you have better luck than I did at that time. Now some 5 yrs later I am fighting a very invasive bushy pondweed that I did not plant. I love my Am. Pondweed I replanted from Sam Rayburn lake but I hate that other crap!

Yep, I'm hoping most of it will take. We caged everything except the lilies and chara.
