Ok, last question , I’ve got the housing upgraded, now it’s time to add another diffuser.
I’ve got a 1 and 1/2 acre pond in a tear drop shape , pump is mid way with two set in middle.
For stage two I am putting another in , so do I put in the deep end or shallow end? Getting 500 feet and a double diffuser -shallow end heats up quickly or deep end to turn more water over ?

Deep for summer, keep one working in 1/3 to 1/4 the total pond depth to keep ice from 100% covering the pond in the winter. Shut off the one in the deepest part of the pond for the winter. The one in shallow water should be close enough to shore so there is open water close enough to shore so that anything that goes swimming can walk out of the water.
