Good Afternoon. I have an ongoing pondweed problem in one of my ponds. My first mistake was not getting on it soon enough this season.
I'm looking to control it / kill it this summer with Aquathol K and dye (the pond is ridiculously clear). A couple of questions for you all...
1. Do you know something better than Aquathol K for pondweed? 2. Is the Aguathol Super K (granular form) better for some reason? I can easily mix and spray the regular Aquathol K. Does the granular last longer? 3. I'm considering mixing some Cutrine Plus with the Aquathol K...might that be beneficial?
I have a pond rake that I use on algae and primrose, but this pondweed is just rediculous.
Any pointers for a newbie? That Aquathol sure is pricey.
Thank you!

For aquatic plants I've had decent luck with Navigate granular....but that stuff is not cheap. "Navigate" on Amazon

I was told aquathol granular was around 500 bucks and would treat a small area. WOW! Hope the Grass carp like the bushy pondweed at my place
