...in an unexpected fashion, LMB and BG are taking feed in South Western Pennsylvania.

Fascinating, Captain Quirk.
I have had some BG taking feed the last two days. Water temp was over 50 last Friday - three days after there was ice on the pond.

Only rainbow and tiger trout feeding here. 2+ weeks since ice cleared completely. Just put thermometer into pond today and didn't get to read it.

Water temps here are over 60, the dogwoods are starting to bloom, and Bessy the LMB is taking Schitengrubens (LMB cubes) again. Visibility is over eight feet, the American pond weed is starting to come up again and the purple martins are back. Oh yeah and its been three years since we have seen any ice on any of our ponds. But thankfully, there is ice in the freezer for the ice tea!
