I am considering a piece of land that has an 18 acre hollow. Would it be possible to dam it? Based on my measurements, it would create around a 7 acre pond.
This would be in TN where we get over 50 inches a year. We've already had over 13 inches. I don't know what the plan evaporation is in the Upper Cumberland plateau area.
Thank you.
