does any one have any home drawing or know sites where i can find some.....i'm looking at a underwater type stand pipe.......maybe a double [ pipe on top on pipe ] or [pipe side by side]....but i do want to draw water from about 2 feet lower than the water height.........thanks guys.....

Do a web search on USDA AG Handbook 590. Its a manual entitled Ponds-Planning, Design and Construction. Go to page 48, Figure 23 and hopefully that will be what you are looking for. The handbook is PDF format.

thanks for the fast reply........but i have seen all these pics before..........not what i was lookin for or had in mind.........any other?....if i dont find any ........i might draw what i am thinking & post it here so yal can take a look & let me know if it will work.........best way i think of to tell you about is ...it's the same system as a sewage tank.......it's how water moves from 1st to 2 nd tank........any other ideals.....thanks again..........

You might try these folks: Southeastern Pipe and Drain Systems Trolly Line Road, Aiken South Carolina 1-800-468-7564 They have complete pond drainage systems made of aluminum, they claim the systems will last 60 yrs or more. I have a drawing of an overflow system that has a trash rack that sits over the drain pipe that I would be glad to fax to you if necessary. This is the type of drain sys. that I have in my pond.
