We have a flash board system that is connected to a 12ft 24in corregated pipe. There a half inch gap between the flashboard wall and pipe. can i use Hyd. cement on this?
Also we connected another 12ft corregated pipe with a collar to this one and plan to cement the connection as well.
whole set up has a 5ft seep collar on it.
