Folks is there any good maple syrup candy recipes out there you would like to share?
We have a candy thermometer and would like to make some different candys up.

Great idea. When I make pecan pie, I use Karo. Wonder what it would be like with maple? It would be a danged sight more expensive for me.

Try making some maple cream.....maple crack for those with a sweet tooth.

One of my favorite snacks is peanut butter mixed with syrup! I can just sit and eat it on a spoon. Always wondered how I could cook that and make candy.

Take the syrup up to temp, chuck it into snow before it cools. It turns into a cleqr hard candy rather than the granular candy.
