Maybe you can donate some items for the child? Be it an article or two of clothing, a book, crayons, or a toy or two?
WAIT before you say ARE YOU CRAZY!??!?!? LOL I know I know, but it may be that child may be in need of some things to help her along? I'm a sucker for forgiving, moving forward, and trying to do good where good can be of use.
You know yourself better than others, if you know you can't be there without keeping cool then best you're not there. But if you're the only property owner you really should consider that. Unless you can have someone act on your behalf and be in contact via phone or 2-way radio (so that if the trailer turfs the grass or anything you know or can give instructions on what is acceptable or not).
I'm going to mention this as respectfully and sincerely as I know how, so please know I mean no offense whatsoever. As I understand the situation, it was your father's ashes that were located on the spot the trailer was parked initially?
"Forget pounds and ounces, I'm figuring displacement!"
If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1) And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1) Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT? PB answer: It depends.

YES, that is why I flipped out when I first seen it and had the police on the scene. MY little one was 3 and planted a garden with her Gramps in that very spot the weekend before he passed of a heart attack.
Here is a pic of her fishing with him. Notice she had her some little overalls like her gramps. Got a lot of laughs out of here trying to act like she would spit like him when he was chewing. LOL
