Thanks guys. My family and I are very excited. I can't wait to be sitting on my front porch with the family. The brick is the real deal. They are tumbled to make it look like stone. We will be doing stone column with the white craftsman tapered post.

See you have cinder blocks on the perimeter too place the seals on but what did you use as foundation support through the middle?

Cool '74...the brick looks great We used some faux stone along
the bottom (see below) and it turned out nice...most can't tell
it's faux.

Bob-O thanks. Well I'm glad we didn't stock the pond yet. We have had extreme drought and water levels are low. The house is coming along. Pretty much waiting on cabinets, granite and flooring. Here is a couple of pics.

Well it's been a while since I posted an update. We moved into the house 2 days before Thanksgiving. We have loved every minute of being out here. Stocked the pond with 1500 Bluegill and 1000 minnows yesterday. Will be picking up some bass around July.Got some ducks for the girls and parents just picked up a pedal boat.

Just yesterday we purchased a 1978 cj7. First jeep I ever owned. Hope to use it around our pond property. Looking for a couple of full hard doors. Your place is beautiful!! Keep up the good work.

Don't know your area but, in Texas, the water is too warm to stock fish in July.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Thanks. Flame I would love to have 78 cj7.
Here is a pic of my oldest daughter with her first LMB. It was about a 1 1/2 pounds. This is what it's all about. Love the smile on her face. She thought it was the best day ever.

Nice job on everything. We built our pond 1.5 years ago and just sold our old home and will be breaking ground on our new home at the pond. Exciting times for sure.
