I miss that BeanCounter and need someone to cover my back re the Lordly GSF.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Hello All!
Thank you for the birthday wishes.
I sincerely appreciate it.
Another busy and crazy year for the HAPs.
Ricki and I are doing well. Ricki broke her leg two weeks ago and is in a cast but all is well except for that.
We haven't been to the pond much in the past year. With the drought here in California the pond is very low.
On top of that in 2014 a large fire occurred near our property that burned over 4,200 acres, 20 residences and 47 outbuildings. The fire came very close to our property. The entire township was evacuated. Our pond was used as a water source to fight the fire. Fortunately the fire was contained before it reached our property line.
We're plugging along out here on the left coast. We hope to get to the property much more in 2015 but I've said that for the past three years and life just seems to throw obstacles in that path.
It's still our dream to build a retirement home there but there hasn't been much progress on that front.
