Does anyone know a mailorder supplier of squirrel guards for square posts like the one on the cover of July/August PB?

PaPond,
Can't help you with a supplier for those collars but my dad slipped a piece of PVC pipe (I think it was 4") over the post on his bird feeders. I'm sure others will come up with some home made suggestions.

My Dad uses a garbage can lid on the 1" pipe he has his bird feeder on for a squirrel guard. It looks like it should work and there aren't squirrels up on the feeder anymore, but then he feeds the squirrels separately on the ground now.
