Dr. Willis,
In addition to the seasonality for a given species, it might be nice to mention the susceptibility among species [behavior (grass carp) vs. physiology (channel catfish)].
Greg Grimes must be loaded!! He's offered to buy more beers than anyone. I'll buy you one, Greg.....just one, though.

Good idea, Shawn. Bruce -- between the beers and the reciprocal beers, we're going to have to figure out some way to "space" these beverages.

You guys join in . Now is the time to tell Dave what you want to know about surveying !! I agree focus on the results and interpretation of data not the equipment setup. Frank

i agree with ewest, theo and frank, sadly i wont be there to hear it.
back on topic (which please trust me the wandering was fun AND informative), ewest, in particular the earlier contents of this thread IMHO should be archived with respect to water quality paramters, what they are, and how they may help a pondmeister. i'd put it there myself if i could. somebody's got to keep up a little bit with bruce's carrying capacity yarns which should be required reading for the entire earth population.....and i really mean that, a great blend of realism, science, and analogy....good stuff.
Final vote from el dorado.
