I HAD A POND CLEANED OUT ABOUT A YEAR AGO IT STAYS MUDDY NEED HELP ON CLEARING IT UP THANKS

A pretty good article on the subject linked below (pdf/Adobe Acrobat viewer required). Just be sure that the problem is water-chemistry related, and not a physical problem associated with your watershed (soil erosion, etc.) Managing Water Turbidity

my pond is real old it had filled in a lot so i had it cleaned out last spring it has good grass around out side i thought it would clear up by now but it has not need help

Gadd,
Try this. Get a one gal. glass jar in fill it with your pond water. Let it sit undisturbed for a few days and see if it clears. Let us know the results.
