I wrote in your other thread too. Here's what I'd do.
Without aeration, you can have about 450 pounds of fish in the pond. Total. If you stock this much this year, next year if you don't have aeration you might have problems due to low O2 levels at critical times of the year. Fish grow from year to year so you have to plan ahead.
You want catchable fish now, so I'd stock 1,000 CNBG, 250 RES and 20# of FHM. Since it's a new pond, there won't be much food in there. Get larger CNBG and RES if possible, 3"-5". That way when you stock your CC, the CC won't be eating a lot of the CNBG and RES. If you stock smaller ones (2"-4") and then stock 2#-3# CC right after that, I'd wager a number of the CNBG/RES will get eaten.
Get a feeding program established. Either hand feed at the SAME TIME and SAME PLACE in the pond on a daily basis, or buy an automatic solar powered feeder that will do just that.
You can add the LMB later on in the Fall, and I'd stock 50 of them, 6"-8" long.
