There's a video up about it.
But truly, the video is a different bass that I caught.
This picture above happened sometime back when there was a freak weather incident. The temp dropped to about 40 F. We hadn't had anything to eat in days. We were starving, and I had about 10' of .9lb. test line, and a rusty hook. If we didn't catch a fish, we wouldn't eat.
I'll have to continue the story later...

Lol! Nothing but trees in my neck of woods. I live in the rolling hills of the MARK Twain National Forest. Only thing you see is the next hill. Spark I bet that was some drive. You probably had corn the whole way. Easy to get tunnel vision. Glad you made it.

Had a BLAST at TJ's today, and finished up the day (literally) at the campfire at Bruces place. Someone has to ask Fireishot about his boat ride at Bruces. Wind today was 15-25 mph and at one time the temp hit 86 degrees. I don't know what's worse, the windburn or the sunburn! 6:45 a.m. feeding at Bruces dock in the morning. Got to hit the bed!
There WERE other pictures taken, they'll be posted sooner or later.

Anybody know where Mike Otto is staying overnight? If you know the place, or Mike's phone number, let me know. I need to get him here. Also, my Gator is sitting on the highway, non-functional. Shouldn't be a big deal to push it back to my garage, but I might need somebody who can give it a shove with me.

Last night was the "planning party".
Casualties include.
1. Blown up John Deere Gator
2. Fire still burning
3. Random glass and aluminum fragments scattered about
4. .3 inches rain, which was absolutely perfect! The grounds are in great shape!!
5. Hungry bass under the dock right now.

What's up with theses forecasters? Now rain chances starting around 14:00. Never mind I'm still asleep. That was the forecast for home. Inch of rain today. Yea! Beautiful day coming up here.

Next time I need to get in on the planning part. Besides the blown up Gator that sounds like my kind of planning. I also brought a big glass pickle jar of this stuff I found in pond. After rinsing off in your pond. I'll see if anybody can identify it.
