Welcome to the forum!
Did you want them for a fish tank, or for an outdoor pond?
We stocked a lot of hybrid Tilapia this year that were white, but not technically an albino.

Size will depend on the gallons of water that it's swimming in and the amount of food that it gets. I think Rainman has seen 3#-4# fish.
Where in Indiana are you?

Yes, I have a pond. It's stocked with a number of different fish. This year the Tilapia I stocked are a hybrid of Mozambique and Blue Tilapia, and there are quite a few of the white looking ones. All the fish that I have in my pond are listed in my signature, a key for what all the acronyms stand for is here:: http://forums.pondboss.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=92442#Post92442

The only problem with doing it is that it's a wee bit slow during the middle of winter.

I don't know of any true "albino" Tilapia. There are Nile (Niliotica) tilapia the are often called "Rocky Mountain White" tilapia and as essup alluded to with hybridized tilapia, a genetic mix with Nilotica will often produce fish that are very light colored.
