The pond is about 14acres when full but here in Texas the rainfall can go up and down quite abit and so does the pond. The tail and the color both look funny to me. I caught a couple of these fish that we had stocked in January yesterday and they still have that grey color to them. I now have at least three types of largemouth bass in my pond from different fish farms and they all continue to look very different, even though some of them have been in the same water for over two years. This fish is supposed to be a native Oklahoma bass. I also have F1 bass from Todd Overton and Florida Bass from Todd. I think I also bought native Texas bass from Todd. I only hear about native,Florida and F1 bass but I wonder if there are more than that or if each fish farm has its own genetics.
