Anyone know of the availabilty of pond fertilizer in west Houston/Katy area?

Rural feed/seed/fertilizer dealers usually carry liquid fertilizer. I have taken a 5 gallon bucket and had them put the runoff from their hose in it. Usually no cost or very little.
