We have a 3/4 acre old pond that we plan on stocking channel catfish, hybrid perch and fathead minnows. We are going to use the floating feed. I have seen mixed articles regarding fertilizer when feeding catfish.
Do we fertilize or let nature take it course?
Thanks.

If you are only stocking w/catfish and hybrids, I would recommend you feed only. It wouldn't be a bad thing to fertilize as well, but catfish derive the most benefits from floating pelleted feed.
