Feed some pellets tonight to see what came in and had a bunch of fish come for food. There were 5 LMB in the 6 to 9inch range. There were at least 10 1-2inch BG/GSF type there also. The LMB swam right by the BG/GSF. The BG/GSF weren't even phased and the LMB didn't seem interested in them? The LMB didn't eat many pellets, so I didn't get the impression they were full on pellets. They mainly sat there watching the event and swimming around..?.
I was hoping the LMB would eat some small fish since they are right there and only 1 inch away from their mouth. So I guess they were full already from eating other fish then?

Your assumption would be mine as well. Have you fished for and caught any of the LMB? If so, how did they look?

Sounds like they just weren't hungry. Feeding time is often when they attack. I expect that they are eating the bluegills.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

When I question the availability of LMB, I use a 2 to 3 inch BG with no weight or cork. It's deadly.

The same thing happens when I feed the fish in my moms pond. 2-3 LMB will swim around and check it out but they won't eat any BG.
