Forecast today is 80F here.

Better go feed the fish.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

It's 22F here this morning and most likely won't break 30F just like it's been for the last week or so, and just like it'll be for the next several days.

Thanks for your 'warm' thoughts.

It's been very nice here the last few days, mid 20s to 30. Need the ice to thicken up on these lakes so I'd invite a little drop in that temp.

Stop whining. If you want cool weather and time off from the drudgery of feeding fish you should move north.

I guess I'm a little north of north Dave. It's a 100 degrees fahrenheit colder at my place. -29c or -20f. And I like it just fine.

Forecast here is rain with a chance of showers followed by downpours and drizzle.

California needs the water but I haven't seen this much liquid sunshine in years! If the powers that be complain of water shortages this year I'm gonna go postal.

I must edit my previous remark.

It's 31 F right now.

People are driving with their convertible tops down.

Dang James, 100 degrees different? And you like it?

Will be a high of 45 Xmas day.

Hey, I got up this morning at 2:35 and watched the eclipse. Pretty neat. It is not true that George and I watched the last one 465 years ago. Heck, I didn't even know George back then.

Or tornadoes.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

We are looking to do that in January. Just had a great day on the ice. We caught 25 big BG, 3 big LMB and 4 five pound catfish! it was fun on 1 pound test line. We did have one rod and reel pulled through the ice.

Sounds Great Coach!!!

OOPS! on the lost rig, but that has to be expected.

Too bad my BIL got rid of his Charter Boats. It would be pretty cold and the waters rough, but you should be able to snatch up some young Kings and Lake Trout.

Quite the experience it was out on LM with snow falling, mild swells, Then "FISH ON"

Warmes everyone up when that happens!

You guys from Texas should at least try LM in any season! YEP!

Great fisheries! And you will have a great Time!
