Will it be inside, where it's cool, or outside, where it's hot? I'd probably buy either an agitator like they use in most baitshops or a large aquarium air system with air stones, depending how much bait you want to keep. Be sure you have fresh water available and can replace some water from time to time. If you want to buy an agitator, buy it from Boatcycle Mfg, Henderson, Texas. They make them there.

Would the 100 Gallon tank work for growing out or raising Tilapia? If so what are some tips on what I would need to get this up and running. I think it would be neat to get some fry and see how well they would grow out, if fast enough may place them in pond this year, otherwise would try to grow out to eat, or maintain a good size until next spring and plant them then.

Any ideas?

You'd have to keep them indoors, and they grow quickly if you can keep the water temp in the mid 80's. Search for "RAS", there's a lot of info there.

Where is a good place to get an agitator?

Can you get your fish to spawn in these types of tanks?
