Thanks for that link it looks identical, I was a little worried, it was slow moving near the bank, when I caught it it had something growing out its belly that looked like wet cotton. It is about 5 inches long. I needed someones opinion besides my own thanks

One issue, though, as I see the enlarged photo. That fish has a serious bacterial infection that has led to a fatal fungus growth on its belly. That fish is a goner.

Yes it did and died soon after I netted it, This is the only fish I have seen with this infection, should It be a concern for my pond?

Probably not. I suspect that was an injury, not a spreading infection.
In this case, the fish was injured, the injury became infected, couldn't heal because the water was cold and its metabolism rate was slow. The infection spread, fungus grew and the fish died. The cause of death would be the original injury, something that could have happened weeks or months ago.
