Someone told me that there is an alternative to using copper sulfate to get rid of filamenteous algae. He said copper sulfate is too harmful to fish. I know it harms fish eggs and too much application may harm smaller fish, but is copper sulfate good to use? Does anyone know alternatives to copper sulfate?
