How big is the pond? If it is not too big catching them out by hook and line would be a lot easier and a lot more fun. You shouldn't have trouble finding people that could help you with this really tough chore even if the bass do run on the small side. Bass are really easy to fish down. Ask anyone who has had people come in and clean out their pond without permission.
Small bass are good to eat just like panfish. Fillet them and remove the skin and they are great dipped in egg yolk and italian bread crumbs and then deep fried.
As far as giving them away, you may be able to find someone that wants more bass for their pond and will even catch them and out too.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Marshell: Many pond owners will pay to get juvenile bass 4" to 10" long. They are a popular item. Catch them put them in a live box and call the people when they are ready for pick up and collect your money. Most every pondowner wants more bass.

Marshell, Call Paul Dorsett of Total Lake Management in Bryan. He may be interested. Or, for a fee, he can electrofish your pond, and remove bass. Or you can follow the advice above. It's solid. Hook and line is the best way to remove bass. Bass won't go into a trap.
Teach a man to grow fish... He can teach to catch fish...
