I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A POND HERE IS THE PROBLEM.I BOUGHT SOME LAND TO BUILD A POND ON WITH A CREEK THAT RUNS HARD WHEN IT RAINS. THE LAW SAYS THE WATER MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY THREW THE SAME SIZE HOLE AS IT CAME IN. WELL THE CREEK COMES UNDER A BRIDGE ON A BLACKTOP ROAD. ABOUT TWO 6 FEET COLVERTS I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A SPILL WAY THAT BIG. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY GOOD IDEAS ON HOW TO KEEP FISH FROM SWIMMING UPSTREAM WHERE THEY WILL DIE WHEN THE 1 FOOT WATER DRYS UP.I HAVE A TON OF OTHER QUESTIONS BUT THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIGHT NOW.
