Just wondering, but there seems to be a tendency on the forum to use the abbrev. of RW or Rw for relative weight. When I was going to school, I never saw any reference to this and learned the designation "Wr" for relative weight.
I was curious if any of you are using a different textbook, or if this has just become kind of a PB forum convention.

Well, if that's the case, I'd like to change it to "Reee-Wah"....'cause that has kind of a ring to it.

I like "Wah-Reeee" better.

In the USA, we tend to place the adjective before the noun. We also have the affinity for # and oz. vice kg/grams.

It must have been Halloween and the walleye was trying to dress up as a snakehead.
Yeah, thats it.

Let's play caption the walleye.....
"Thank goodness somebody caught me. I'm getting a lot more calories from breathing the atmosphere than I was utilizing the local threadfin population. P.S. My Wr is 26".

Actually it looks like a female walleye that just spawned... Probably a very healthy fish, just caught the wrong time of year!

Ah, with increased fuel prices and inflation I had heard they increased it to 10 cents a day!

OK, way to rub it in master fisherman... I think you could find high WR fish to catch even in lakes where 99% of the fish look like they just got out of a concentration camp! That is a dandy walleye though!

What lake did you catch that walleye at? What were you using to catch her?

It was caught at Branched Oak Res., and it was caught on a "wavebraker" bucktail jig.

Relative weight = RW, not Wr. Wr doesn't make sense, Weight Relative? What like weight's cousin or aunt? And don't get me started on the metric system. Litres, grams, meters, jeez who comes up with this stuff? And finally of course I used a diffent text book. I was an accounting major. Sheesh, do I have to explain everything around here?
