Imagine this, if you will... - (the Mod's): Ewest, Bill Cody, Theo Gallus, Bruce Condello, Dave Davidson, Sunil, Chris Steelman ...are all lined up for a live-bidding auction. The crowd anxiously awaits, numbered paddles in hand. There is a long table across the back of room with 15 phones, each of them manned by auction personnel to coordinate phone bidding. You can cut the tension with a knife as Bob Lusk walks to the podium to begin the event. He briefly explains the bidding process and begins offering the Moderators, one at a time, as they peel away from formation at the back of the stage and step forward for the crowd to examine them. - - How would Bob describe each specimen? What would they be wearing? and, most importantly.... What would each moderator be offering in return to the highest bidder?

That would make a great promotion flyer for the convention. You could title it "Pond boss'es are people too"! Although I'm not sure what kind of people it would attract, not that there's anything wrong with that.

You may not want to display that poster in New Orleans. I have been to Bourbon Street and it's not a pretty sight.
In Dog Beers, I've had one.

Who would want them?
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

So you're auctioning off the chance to paddle a moderator? The numbers on the paddles represent the number of whacks each moderator gets? This is all so confusing. I'm not so sure Lusk is gonna go along with this unless the proceeds go to charity.

Theo -- that picture is verging on an all-time best! Yep it's absolutely hillarious. It does make me glad I'm not a moderator though.

I believe that was during the period when he was pursuing solo efforts, due to "artistic differences".

Young Blood insisted on being the Tin Man or Armored Knight. Accordingly, he could not pull off the necessary dance moves, plus the contant squeaking of his armor was a strong distraction.
(did anyone ever see that comedy skit with John Lequzamoz (SP?) where he was the 6th Village Person?)

We didn't have the heart to humiliate Young Blood (CS) - he is still so innocent you know.
