Pond Boss Forums STOCKING A NEW POND Raising Forage and Bait Where to buy fatheads locally

I was curious if anyone knew of a minnow farm in NW PA that sold Fatheads?? I also wonder why this site doesn't have a place to list hatcherys/fish/minnow farms etc. state by state, possibly even with a review of service, fish survival, quality and so on. I have spoken to a couple places and the shipping is a bit pricey, I'm still reeling from the price of the diesel fuel and how much I burned digging my pond, just thought I could drive and pick my FH's up rather than pay practially double the cost to the fish delivered here. I could easily convince the wife to go for a drive, she likes to travel.

The other concern now looming here in the great lakes region is that even baitfish must be tested disease free to be transported state to state, just one more thing to worry about I guess.
