Hey Y'all, forgive me for being an old grouch today.. Doc grounded me with phew-monia with threat of hospital unless I stay quite and take my medicine. After a shot in the butt in his office this morning all I can do is sit in my chair with my computer in my lap and aggravate you guys...

When I lived in Hawaii many years ago, it seemed that I caught a some kind of cold every time I visited the mainland. It was incredible how just a few hours of fishing on the beach could improve my health. Get out and catch a few sunfish in the morning.

Take care of yourself George. On Monday, I attended the funeral of a 45 year old guy who tried to whip pneumonia on his own.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Dave, I've told you about Doc who is my best friend and fishin' buddy who has saved my life at least twice.
He told me the same thing - I would lay in bed and die if I didn't listen to him - so I'm paying attention.
Says that stuff can kill you in a hurry.
Never would have had a friend like that had I not taught him to fish some 20 years ago.
He makes house calls and brings my wife chocolates.
Fishin’ friends are true lifetime friends, as evidenced on this forum.

Dr. Dave, have to go back and see Doc in the morning and since I'm better today I'm expecting "early release"... Gotta get back to our ponds soon...
