If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Thats a Perch, and What a Perch!!! Thanks for the info. I wonder why they released it to the public without a fee. Could it be that people like you and me paid for it and they hit their sales goals, or, is nobody interested and they want to justify the academic resources poured into the project, and that they need some justification - via - downloads, to make their tp come up white after burritos and beer BTW, the pages in my Sunfish Culture Guide have all turned yellow, and It's only a few years old.

It is a nice little publication. Walleye Culture Guide is also full of a bunch of good info. I still have to get the YP Culture Manual. Yeah, I was supposed to get it earlier this summer, but NC happened. (NC is a substitute for that stuff that don't smell that good, unless you are my Lab, who likes to roll around in raccoon poo, don't understand that one.)

Thanks Cecil,
I can just order it as planned, unless it really is free.

I finally have had time to read (most of) the NCRAC Sunfish Culture Guide. There's a lot of different kinds of info in it; it is probably worth printing out just for the section on fish parasites. It's very comprehensive.

The NCRAC Sunfish Guide is even worth the money to buy it.

As I said, it is a nice little publication. I bought mine when it was first released. Some people on another forum were disappointed with certain aspects, and it lacked clarity. But the people upset lacked the knowledge to make it clear. So I personally think they did a good job writing and publishing the book. I have more to say on this, and stay tuned to this channel for more Sunfish Culture Stuff, (but not pond oriented). Unless I loose all of my stars --- I figured it out, inside joke I think --- stars and bars Unless I am wrong.
