I heard a rumor Eric West caught a lot of smallmouth bass today.
I also heard than Rob Jones, of Jones Fish Farm in Ohio, had a huge northern pike on for more than 20 minutes today...and I also heard the Bob Robinson, from Kasco Marine, timed Rob's fish...and I also heard a rumor that Bob Robinson and Rob Jones caught more than 50 smallmouth bass and pike today.
I also heard that the director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is hanging out with all these guys...fishing in Canada.
Just heard all this stuff....

You know, Eric (Ewest in the funnies) said he would be gone for a couple of days.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Are you talking about the BWCA in Minnesota? I'll testify that it's a great place to fish. I've had many trips there where you can catch SMB as fast as a good panfish day. Some lakes have so many Northern Pike over 10 pounds that you get tired of hauling them in.

Gotta get back to fishin!

It may have felt like mid-January to The Mississippi Kid.
