I have a small leak in my drain system where PVC meets PVC. The flow is about equal to that of a drink being poured out of a soft
drink can. It occurs about 6-8" under water, and is easy to get to.
What would be the best way to stop this? Thanks, Randy

Just do it...

They make an underwater glue for repairing vinyl swimming pools. You might find that useful, maybe by using a vinyl patch, but if the leak is in the joint, you'll have to use something else. Silicon caulk could possibly work.

rmedgar,
Check out e-pipe connections at E-pipe.com
The prices are fair, the service is great, and they ship U.P.S. asap. Call their cust service line and they can make recommendations.

What size is the pipe you are wanting to repair? Does it have any pressure at the repair point other than the 8"of water? You may be able to use some of the underwater epoxy repair putty. You can buy similar at Home Depot or any large hardware store.
