If you could only take four artificial lures to go bass fishing in your pond what would they be and how would you fish them?

Big ol' Beetle Spin, yellow with black stripes
Chartreuse curlytail grub on jighead
3" Subwort in BG pattern
4" or 5" Rapala original floating minnow in Baby Bass
How would I fish them - over and over again. It only takes about an hour to work my way around the pond.

1. Black 1/4 ounce jig with a blue pork frog. 2. White buzz bait with a clacker on the blade. 3. Tomato Culprit worm 7 inches rigged Texas style. 4. 1/4 once spinner bait white and chartruse big blade on the back to be a Colorado.
If they don't bite on one of these the fish have lock jaw that day.

1/4 Ounce jig with blue head and Black skirt and black/blue pork trailer. Take four of them and you won't need anything else.

I am a long way from a Bass fisherman, but I believe it's all about variety and novelty. I think if you took the most successful combo of four from above and fished them the rest of your life, you'd do much poorer than if you ran through the hole list and tried everything.

1. 3/8 oz. Black/Blue Jig with trailer most of the time, white or watermelon in clear water during summer. 2. 3/8 oz. White/Chartruese spinner bait, gold willow leaf blades unless water is off colored or muddy, then colorado or indiana blades. 3. 1/4 or 1/2 oz. Gold Rattle Trap. 4. Buzzbait, white, chartruse or black
